Be part of the movement to improve crisis care and reduce suicide rates. This role is part of the improvement of Mental Health Liaison Services across Hampshire. We are looking for experienced mental health professionals who can work in a General Hospital setting to raise the profile of mental health issues. You will be conducting specialist assessments in the Emergency Department and other wards. There will also be opportunities to be involved in training staff and following up individuals considered at risk. There is also an expectation that you will work closely with colleagues from general medicine, the police, ambulance crews, homelessness services and drug and alcohol services to improve outcomes for those experiencing frequent crisis. This role will focus on being part of our dedicated night cover between 9pm and 7am every day.

There will be a requirement to work shifts.
