This is a newly created and varied role that will work across both accounts and administration. This position will be covering for a maternity contract which will be on a fixed term contract basis for up to one year.

As the Finance and Office Administrator you will:
This position will be a 50/50 split between Administrative duties and accounting tasks. It will be situated on Reception, so the role holder will be required to meet, greet and assist visitors on occasion and taking telephone enquiries.
The finance element will include raising invoices, reconciling statements, billings and initial debt chasing. The administrative task includes the management of meeting rooms, assist with supplier coordination, the posting and filing on invoices and assist with ad-hoc projects.
The successful Finance and Office Administrator will have:
You will need to have some basic admin and finance experience, have excellent customer service skill, an excellent telephone manner and have had experience of using Excel, Word and Outlook.
