Part Time temporary booking starting on the 1st July until end August, possibly longer. I am looking for a part time HR administrator to support with some essential HR administration through the Summer period. You will be working 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, however there may be a little flexibility needed from time to time with your working days and hours.
The main function of the job is to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service to all departments, through providing a sound admin support within the recruitment, on-boarding and e-learning processes. On a day to day basis you will be;
*Supporting the HR team with the recruitment administration
*Conducting initial telephone screening for applications
*Arranging interviews with applications and line manager
*Sending out details to confirm interviews
*Ensuring feedback is provided
*Helping to post adverts both internally and externally
*Completion of pre employment checks
*Supporting with administration for new starters
*Updating the business database with personal details
*Setting up e-learning for new starters
*Be a primary point of contact for any HR queries
*Other HR administration as required
Skill and experience required;
*Minimum of 2 years administration experience, ideally within an HR or recruitment environment
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Good level of IT literacy
*Some experience of conducting telephone interviews would be an advantage
*Takes accountability for decisions and actions and holds others to account for their own
*Proactively shares knowledge and information
*Customer focus, commercial awareness and approach
*Forward looking with a can-do attitude and innovative approach to achieving service improvement
*Enthusiastic, determined, robust and resilient enough to cope with the demands of the role
*Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities and adapting to changing circumstances to deliver
*Strong written and oral communications skills for a broad range of recipients
This is a part time temporary job starting on the 1st July until the end of August. You will be required to complete the whole assignment and although an odd days annual leave would be OK, a full week will not fit within this requirement. Ideal working hours are 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, although some flexibility may be given and will be required at times.
The job is based in the heart of Winchester and there is no onsite parking. You will have free access to the park and ride facilities. You will also be required to provide a minimum of 2 references covering 2 years and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK and proof of your address.
