City Centre cleaning services is now looking for a high calibre individual Mobile Housekeeping / Cleaner Manager to join us and support one of our prestigious client sites, managing a team of cleaning operatives in Bournemouth area – this would be operating deep clean and summer lets in Student accommodation. You will also deliver an efficient cleaning service and foster long term profitable relationships with Clients to maintain existing business -
Position commencing at end of May 2019.
Type of employment, full time contract. (summer season)
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Managing staff (attendance and performance)
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Maintaining standards of professionalism
Ensuring Client expectations are fulfilled
Attention to detail
Organised and efficient
Ability to act as first point of contact
Ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team

Ability to communicate at all levels effectively and clearly
Cleaning operative duties
Cleaning supervisory experience is essential
