In advance of the retirement of our current Principal next year, we are seeking to recruit high calibre and inspiring individual no later than July 2020 to lead the college, University Centre and our subsidiary companies into our next phase. Reporting to the Board of Governors, this role will appeal to an ambitious Principal seeking large-scale challenge, or an exceptional Deputy/Vice Principal who has the proven track record and skills necessary to succeed in this role. You should have strong commercial acumen, the experience of curriculum development and delivery and outstanding communication skills. A background in land-based education is desirable but not essential.
