What does the role involve?
* Communicating with clients and candidates through a range of channels, predominantly phone based, to build strong partnerships
* Identifying and pursuing new business leads for White Recruitment, as well as building upon our current partnerships
* Influencing key decision makers through negotiation skills
* Creatively tackling issues around talent shortages and attracting candidates through compelling job adverts
* Working towards targets and KPIs weekly
Salary & package details:
