We are seeking an experienced administrator for a small but busy UK division of an International business, working in their friendly offices in Basingstoke.
Supporting the Marketing team, the responsibilities of the Office Administrators will include:
Managing company inbox, auctioning as required
Preparing PowerPoint presentations
Booking business travel arrangements including visas for the Marketing team
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and conferences including venue and room booking
Raising Purchase Orders on SAP as requested.
Monitoring and re-ordering any supplies for the office as necessary.
Overseeing incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries.
Occasionally travelling with the Marketing team
To be successful of the Office Administrator role you will:
Have strong administration experience
Have excellent interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner
Be experience of all Microsoft Office packages, especially PowerPoint
Have experience of SAP (desirable)
The ability to speak German would be an advantage
Have experience of Marketing industry
