Personal Assistant – £35k-£40k + Benefits – Farnborough, Hampshire
i6 Group are looking for a capable and organised Personal Assistant to provide PA and secretarial support to the founders and corporate level team. The PA role comes with a great deal of responsibility, variety and an opportunity to understand the business in its entirety which will involve supporting the growth of newly started businesses in the US and Canada. The key responsibilities of a Personal Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Managing and coordinating diaries, preparing meetings, arranging presentations/board packs and potentially taking minutes
Providing conceptual and creative input into proposals, presentations and preparing training program materials using Google GSuite, Microsoft and other software
Driving the content and calendar for social media, writing social media posts, blogs and newsletters together with Sales Director, updating the website as required
Maintaining HR records using software platform (CharlieHR) – this includes overseeing holidays, personnel information, sending new starter contracts, gaining references and giving references. You will also be checking and updating the CRM periodically
Managing, gatekeeping travel and expenses for existing staff in line with project and budgetary requirements using travel software platform (TripActions)
Organising social and team-building events for staff; and organising conference, coaching and training events for staff
Taking responsibility for all postal and courier services including overseeing export records; and drafting letters and general correspondence where needed
Ensuring the office is always maintained in a well organised and tidy state
Other duties as may be required in line with business strategy, providing administrative support where needed

The key skills and qualities of a Personal Assistant:
Previous experience in a PA position supporting senior level for at least 2-3 years (preferably in a technology environment); with 2-3 years marketing and/or social media experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels
Able to stay calm under pressure, take control of situations, and work on own or as a team
Highly competent in the use of office applications and web media platforms, and numerate with excellent attention to detail
Being discreet, diplomatic and able to handle sensitive information in confidence
