Stephen James Consulting are working in partnership with a highly regarded charitable care provider, in the recruitment for an proficient Regional Director, having been at the forefront of Elderly Care for over 55 years,
This pivotal role is an exceptional opportunity to lead experienced senior team, providing positive, visible leadership and oversight to ensure high quality standards are achieved, along with outstanding levels of compliance across this sizeable portfolio of care homes, the Regional Director will be accountable for this large portfolio of care homes covering South East of England.
The ideal candidate will have worked previously as an Regional / Operations Director within care and should meet all of the essential criteria below before making an application to this position
Hold a recognised professional qualification – Management or Social Care/Health/ e.g. MBA DMS, NVQ 4/5, RMA, Diploma in Social Work, CQC RGN or RMN
A Minimum of four years’ experience of leading multi-site teams, including coaching, performance management daily operations and supervision
Proven experience of managing financial plans/budgets and business planning
You will have excellent commercial acumen, experienced in managing budgets and delivering cost savings against these budgets where possible.
Exceptional leadership skills across multi-disciplinary teams and be an expert in achieving the best results from large staff teams.
Hold a full UK driving license
The role of Regional Director will pay £90,000 - £100,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits and Excellent Achievable Bonus.
