Application Support Analyst
Salary: £25 -£30k per annum depending on experience
Providing Automotive Dealerships with truly bespoke solutions, iDealFILE is the first electronic deal file system that is web hosted, fully secure and an easy to use data solution that has been specifically designed for the automotive retail industry. We have a number of the top ten automotive dealership groups as clients who represent many of the prestigious brands such as BMW, Mercedes and Porsche.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join our existing team in Newbury.
This role will assist with the support of our Automotive software platforms. You will be responsible for managing and resolving application and technical issues that arise across our customer portfolio. You will set up new customers within our Azure platform and problem solve issues.
Key Responsibilities:Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and softwareProviding technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when requiredAssisting with systems integrationsManaging ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to dateMaintaining and updating technical documents and proceduresIdentifying and resolving technical issuesManging support callsSetting up new customersStatistical reporting for the helpdesk functionMaintaining the customer experience of the applications we supply.
Key Skills & Qualifications:2 years + experience in similar roleWorking knowledge of Zendesk and AzureExcellent customer service and communication skillsITIL Qualification would be preferredExperience of the CDK / ADP / Kerridge DMS system would be preferred.SQL skills would be preferred
