HR Administrator – Temporary / Part time
Location : Fareham
Salary : Negotiable dependant on experience
Duration: 5 weeks
Start date; 24th June 2018
Hours of work : Part time ; Monday to Thursday 9 -2 or 9-4 of you would prefer more hours
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well established technical business who are based in the Fareham area .
Due to a busy period / holiday cover our client is looking for some additional support with their HR team.
We are looking for an experienced HR administrator who will be able to support the team with typical HR administration duties which will include the following.
* Managing an internal HR Inbox , assisting with general enquiries IE holiday , payroll, sickness Queries Etc
* Managing the paperwork for contract renewals – following a simple process
* Updating employee and new starter information
* Assisting with adhoc information
* Answering telephone Calls
They are looking for someone from Monday to Thursday and can be flexible on working hours , ideally 9 -2 or 9-4 would work for them
We require someone who has :
* Previous HR administration experience
* Will be happy to commit to 5 weeks
* Will be available to start on 24th June 18, 2019
* Will be a team player with a “Can do” attitude
* Will have good attention to detail
* Will have experience in dealing with confidential information
