Planner Building Envelope

I am working on an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Planner to join an established business. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and growth of the business through the programming & planning of a live major infrastructure contract, your key accountabilities will include but will not be restricted to the following….
1. With the Operations Director and project team adhere to policy, procedure and process on planning, programming and progress reporting
2. Ensure that the contract has a design, procurement, manufacture and install programme.
3. Issue a performance / progress report against the programme each month and issue internally and externally.
4. Collate overview information on the contract for the Operations Director to up date the Board during weekly review of progress, risks and opportunities.
You will need to be a dynamic innovative professional ideally with a construction project management degree, you will have a robust knowledge of the construction process / NEC form of contracts / Asta Power Project Software and be able to demonstrate a record of achievement and significant successes in a planning role.

They provide a design, manufacture & installation service to the built environment, they have achieved numerous accreditations including investors in people and achieved a £100M turnover in 2018
