Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join a highly respected and established roofing contractor.
Our client has been established for nearly 30 years and are specialists within roofing across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors and due to continued growth, they seek a professional to join their office.
* As office administrator you will be at the forefront of all incoming enquiries from existing and new customers
* Work closely with the office team to provide the best service to customers in regard to their roofing projects
* Organise and liaise with roofing team and sub-contract staff to organise workload, routes
* Ordering of materials
* Completing H&S Forms and Risk Assessment forms
* Managing accounts where necessary
What we are looking for:
* Ideally you will have experience working within the Construction or Roofing industries
* Experienced working in a customer service / office administration position
* Have superb customer service experience. This is paramount in the position as our client have a lot of repeat business
* Good telephone manner
* IT Literate
* Team player
