My Southampton based client is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk / Help Desk Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

As the IT Service Desk / Help Desk Support Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that users of IT Services within the business, receive a faultless service that meets their business needs, providing prompt support to incidents and requests for service as they are raised.
The IT Service Desk / Help Desk Support Engineer will also have a wider responsibility for the general support and maintenance and integrity of systems, software, Desktop environment and devices that underpin these services, primarily at office locations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience gained within a service desk role managing incidents and request, documenting and maintaining software, computer and user environments. You will also demonstrate the following core skills/experience:
• Windows 10
• Office 2013 / 2016
• Exchange 2010
• Active Directory
• Network technology
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• HP / Dell hardware
• Audio Visual Equipment.
• Experience/knowledge of Two-factor (2FA) Authentication software
• Experience with remote user support and mobile devices
