Customer Service Centre Crew
Reporting to: Call Centre Manager
Hours - 37.5 hours - 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday (every Saturday) an expectation to change hours working until 22:00.
Summary of main purpose of the job:
Responsible for processing all Admin tasks, queries and also customer complaints. Providing excellent customer service to all our FatFace customers and FatFace stores. This will include both in store and online.
Main Duties/ responsibilities:Contacting customers via email to resolve any queries regarding an order/exchange/faulty.Liaising via email with other departments to resolve customer issues.Taking necessary action to resolve queries and re-contact customers via emailDealing with manual orders and queries by fax, post and email, may also provide written responsesProcessing orders from our storesRefunding customer accounts on returned itemsData entry for catalogue requests
