Dust and Air Sampling and Direct Reading Monitors
Due to our continued success and growth plans we are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant.
Administrative Assistant Primary responsibilities include:
·Update and maintain the company CRM system
·Assist with answering customer service enquiries via telephone and email and maintaining customer relations
·Production of invoices, quotations and service schedule with follow up to clients
·Participate in a programme of continuous improvement
·Research potential clients and make initial contact via telephone and email
·Share technical content and engage with social media platforms
The ideal Administrative Assistant:
The ideal candidate would be highly motivated with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and adaptable to learn new systems such as our CRM system.
We are looking for someone dynamic, able to take on new challenges and not be afraid to question why we do things or suggest better ways forward. The company is small and agile and has a wealth of opportunity for individuals to move upwards. This role reports to the Office Manager and a significant amount of contact and reporting will be required.
