This highly customer focused team are looking for a new member to join them to co-ordinate the allocation of repair faults to their field operative team.
Key duties will be
Liaising with customers and engineers to schedule appointments
Processing documents ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately and efficiently
Managing internal and external queries
Ability to work dynamically in a fast paced environment.
They are looking for someone with previous helpdesk environment, who is used to dealing with scheduling engineers, who has experience in delivering customer focused solutions.
The role will be working on a rotating shift pattern of 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm.
Due to location you will need to be a car driver.
