We are currently recruiting for an Employers Agent to join a Property and Construction Consultancy operating across the South of England. Our client have been established for over 30 years and provide a full range of client services including project management, employer's agent, building surveying and CDM. Due to continued success, they now need another Employers Agent to join the team.
The successful Employers Agent will be working on predominantly new build contracts so experience within the residential sector will be desirable. Extensive previous experience of Contract Administration will be paramount to successful delivery of the role and will make up much of the day to day role. Further day to day duties will be discussed at interview stage.
It is envisaged that the successful Employers Agent will be degree educated and Chartered status would be beneficial. The successful candidate can have any background, be it Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Project Management.

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent Contract Administration skills
Experience within the residential sector

25 days holiday + 3 day Christmas shutdown
Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm
