Receptionist / Administrator - Branch Co-ordinator - Full Time
Our client is a national healthcare / retail business with a branch in Lymington
The role focusses on supporting the medical dispenser in the delivery of diary management, customer services and to identify and then maximise potential sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will also coordinate all aspects of the daily running of the branch including the health, safety & welfare of customers and employees .To maintain branch facilities and ensure the security of the branch
The ideal candidate will therefore be someone with a strong track record in administration, particularly diary management, who is comfortable in a retail / service led environment, where they also will need to be able to deal with customers face to face and on the phone, recommending appropriate items where necessary.
The normal working hours are 9-5, with half an hour unpaid for lunch, and the pay rate is £8.72 per hour. In addition, following a qualifying period you will be eligible for the company's branch bonus scheme.
