Our customer services department has an immediate requirement for a Customer Services Manager to liaise with our multi-national client base. You will be required to communicate effectively both internally and externally regarding manufacturing lead times, delays, and general day to day production issues. The general purpose of the role is to promote and be responsible for excellent customer service throughout our organisation. You will provide week to week analysis and documentation to our clients regarding order statuses and projections.
You will be a fast learner who is able to think reactively but in a methodical and logical manner. You will have an excellent phone manner and good communication skills. Experience in Customer Services would be prefered as would fluency in French, German or Dutch, however these aren't essential.
