Working in one of our vibrant offices, it'll be up to you to provide a tailored candidate experience for Army candidates. It may be different to what you're used to, where nurturing candidates and giving them professional guidance is just as important as meeting targets.
Expertly engaging face-to-face, with a wide variety of people, you'll strive to find the very best talent for this exceptional brand while guiding and inspiring them along the way. Supporting senior members of the team, using the latest social media tools and liaising with education providers to raise awareness of the incredible diversity of roles available within the Army, will all be part of your busy remit.
Recruiting for soldiers means you'll be dealing with a high-volume of candidates who will need your time, attention and support as they move through each phase of their application. You'll learn from industry leaders, gathering insight and experience from your colleagues to help you forge a unique career in recruitment. It's a challenging role with many rewards and the scope for development and career progression is second-to-none.
Support and nurture candidates through their individual recruitment journeys.
Lead and attend attraction events to raise awareness of the variety of roles available.
Manage relationships with several internal and external stakeholders.

As an experienced Recruiter, from either an RPO, in-house or agency background, you will have a passion for talent acquisition and will have developed strong influencing skills. The Recruiter will be motivated by providing an exceptional experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process, adapting your approach to suit the individual needs of each candidate.
Commercially minded, you will be driven to succeed in filling high volumes of roles to agreed timescales, whilst providing the highest standard of service. Success within this role will be directly affected by the Recruiter's ability to work within a targeted environment, where you will be motivated by a desire to exceed expectations.
Successful candidates will be required to pass DBS and BPSS pre-employment screening checks.
