Our client based in Portsmouth are looking for a new team member who will be overseeing the reception areas whilst providing a professional and efficient administration service to the business.
The key activities you will undertake in this role will be:
- First point of contact for the company
- Offering administrative support across the business
- Welcoming guests and greet people who visit the business
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful you should have:
- A pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively
- Good computer skills and ability to make sure all administrative tasks are complete to the highest quality standards.
Hours: 40 per week, Mon - Fri
Salary: £17,000 per annum
