Working with a team of Analysts, reporting into the Operational Support Manager, the team ensures that critical customer impacting services such as Pay Point, web/app portals are maintained, and any outages are effectively communicated to manage expectations.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role you will help the Operational Support Manager in processing system updates which impact the ability to improve the business, along with identifying, investigating and managing system or process issues.
You will provide regular progress updates in the form of reports which will be used in internal/ external stakeholder meetings which you may also be invited to attend and minute.
What We're Looking For
This role requires someone who is confident at communicating at all levels and has excellent attention to detail and enjoys problem solving.
The role is focused around maintaining and preparing project reports therefore a strong knowledge of Excel is essential, and SQL experience is desirable, as you will be working with large sets of data.
Experience within a similar role, is an advantage, however full training will be provided.
