You will be the first point of contact for our customers, deliver them a first-class customer experience by taking ownership of every call you receive, answering customers questions, resolving technical problems and delighting them at every opportunity.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for customer service focussed individuals who are able to use their existing knowledge and initiative to assist our customers and keep our thriving business driving forward.
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Be professional, have an excellent telephone manner along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly around understanding the customer's needs, so a strong empathetic approach is needed.
Working hours are 10am - 2pm - Monday to Friday and 10am - 2pm on Saturdays.
Customer Service and Contact Centre experience is an advantage but not essential as we provide you with a six-week training course to give you all the tools you need to excel.
If successful you must be available to attend 100% of the six week training period that starts on Monday 23rd September. Training hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm for the duration of training.
