What You'll Be Doing
Our Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer
service by taking ownership of every call, resolving issues, answering questions and resolving
Due to our rapid expansion, we encourage and support career development internally, and many of our advisors
progress to other roles within the company.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for customer service focused individuals who are able to use their existing knowledge and initiative to assist our customers and keep our thriving business driving forward.
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. They need to be professional, have an excellent telephone manner along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly around understanding the customer's needs, so a strong empathetic approach is needed.
Working hours are between 8am and 8pm - Monday to Friday and 8am - 5pm on Saturdays. Staff members will need to be fully flexible in regards to the shifts that they work.
Customer Service and Contact Centre experience is an advantage but not essential as we provide you with a six-week training course to give you all the tools you need to excel.
If successful you must be available to attend 100% of the six week training period that starts on Monday 16th September. Training hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm for the duration of training.
