Business Development Manager - TMC - Field Based. A fantastic opportunity to work for a multi-award winning corporate travel management company with a unique and attract proposition to enhance the experience business travel. This is a national role, targeting clients with spend of £500k-£5m so your location is flexible (within reason), so long as you are able to visit clients in the north and south of the UK (3-4 days a week).
Business Development Manager Responsibilities
Working as part of a high performing team with your individual target of signing new business, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, delivering sales pitches, delivering against key performance indicators, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals. You will be required to write compelling proposals and presentations with extensive support from back office functions and bid management team.
Business Development Manager Skills Required
Track record of delivering sales within a business travel / corporate travel management environment.
Ability to write compelling presentations and proposals
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build effecting working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Numerically and commercially astute
Flexible to travel regularly within the UK
Business Development Manager Package
A highly competitive salary dependent on experience (to be discussed on application), plus bonus, benefits and all travel expenses when visiting clients.
