Your new role
In this residential setting, you will be supporting a service for adults or children. As a support worker you will be helping with the running of the home, supporting to develop independent living skills to enable them to live independently within the community.
What you'll need to succeed
The right support worker will be a positive and motivated individual with excellent communication skills helping to guide the service users. We require you to have 6 months experience in the last two years working with service users with complex social and health care needs is desirable, A full driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
