We are looking to recruit a Resourcer on a temporary basis for our client in Basingstoke.
This is an extremely busy position dealing with volume recruitment.
You will be managing the resourcing process from start to finish, from taking briefs from managers through to on-boarding new starters to include:
oRight to work checks, immigration status, DBS checks and references in line with CQC and current legislative requirements.
oWrite and post job adverts for internal and external vacancies within current corporate guidelines.
oManage website resourcing content, Google AdWords, Job Boards, Facebook etc.
oIssue new contract of employment and update employment system with new starters.
oAttend monthly meetings
oManage resourcing advertising budget activity to maximise effectiveness and cost efficiency.
oIn conjunction with the People Director, review resourcing budget on regular basis and forecast spend.
oMaximise the opportunities to promote identity through branding.
oReview and update recruitment webpages and the intranet to maximise impact.
This position is offered on a temporary basis to run up until Christmas, there is a possibility that this position could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
