We are looking for a Financial Consultant with experience in Facilities and Cost management, ideally from a Public Sector background.
The post holder will be an independent worker providing auditing and procurement services within specialist areas. You will have past experience in delivering major cost management projects for organisations and be able to identify and create creative solutions to business cases and delivery of transformational business change.
Ideally you will have worked with setting up Arm's Length management organisations (ALMO) and effectively delivering cost management solutions within FM and Highways.
A post-graduate degree within finance/accounting
Desirable experience of setting up joint venture businesses
Experience working with ALMOs or Public Sector organisations
Experience in delivering cost management projects
Preference will be given to candidates with well demonstrated external consulting experience
A consulting/professional services track record
Experience evaluating FM & Highways contracts
Demonstrated ability to advise senior management on alternative solutions and risks with experience of presenting and influencing at a senior level
