In their continued worldwide growth & success this logistics and transport giant looks to enlist a new customer service administrator to join their committed and well-knit team at a new bespoke warehouse in West Thurrock.

The successful person will bring a minimum of 2 years' experience within a logistics, transport, or freight forwarding business support role. You will be well versed in the use of excel, as well as dealings with hauliers, warehouse staff, and the customer. Day to day tasks will include data entry, loading orders to the in-house system, keeping customers informed, stock counts and reconciliations, booking couriers on line and by phone, and ordering office supplies.
If you are a confident communicator, with experience within a similar role - distribution, logistics, e-commerce or similar you will have what it takes to be considered. Own transport is ideal due to location.
