Position: Customer Service Executive & Fitter
Salary: £19,000 per annum (increasing to £20,000 after probation period)
25 days holiday + bank holidays.

We are delighted to be working with our client who are the worlds leading breast care brand. Serving women worldwide with an extensive product line of bras, swimwear and breast symmetry products. Due to their continued growth they are seeking to employ a customer service executive & fitter to join their expanding team.
As the customer service executive & fitter you will be responsible for the service and fulfilment of all customer service duties while also supporting the show room/shop.
Order Processing -
Acknowledge and sort Incoming mail.
Process orders and enquires (Phone and online).
Formulate customer responses for all communication channels as required.
Process credit card payments & enquiries.
Run Reconciliation reports.
Ensure order enquiries and back order files are up-to-date and organised.
Ensure filing system is up-to-date and organised.
Run back order report and all relevant reports when required.
Process orders on system.
Run relevant reports.
File copies of orders.
Process VAT forms.Answering and processing incoming telephone calls -
Acknowledge and process orders and enquires ( B2B & B2C).
Answer all calls within SLA.
Listen to and action all messages left on the answer phone on a daily basis.
Answering and processing online enquiries -
Dealing with online enquiries via online channels such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Freshchat.
Returns processing -
Process returns from B2B & B2C customers.
Process B2C exchanges and refunds.
Process B2B exchanges and credits.
Unpack, sort and process returns.
Repackage returned stock.
Make any stock adjustments required.
Provide cover for the show room -
Attend to general shop customers.
Provide assistance in the show room.
Organise and carry out fitting arranged by appointment.
Responsibility for managing the fitting schedule.
Processing literature enquires -
Process literature requests from all channels.
Compile, bag and dispatch literature.
Maintain consignment stock.
Up-date consignment stock records as necessary.
Prepare Information for consignment stock audit.
Compile and send letters for audit updates to correlate with consignment sheets.
Check and process courier consignment reports.
Check deliveries on the courier consignment report.
Complete claim forms as necessary.Expectations -

Experience in customer service or shop assistant role.
Experience within the fashion/ medial industry (Oncology).
Excellent verbal and written skills.
A good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
Highly organised, methodical and attentive to detail.
Adaptable and flexible to change.
Self-motivated, determined and works well as part of a team.
