Receptionist/Facilities Administrator Receptionist/Facilities Administrator Required- Winchester- £9.16p/h - Temp -Multinational company Our client, a multinational construction and development company, require an individual with reception/administrative experience to join their office near Winchester station as a full-time receptionist. This role is on a 7 week temporary basis, with the strong possibility to become permanent. Location: Grade two listed buildingnear Winchester Station and Town Centre Start date: ASAP Pay: £9.00 - £9.50ph + Holiday Pay and Pension Hours: 8am-4:30PM Monday to Friday Contract: Temporary role with the potential to become permanent Duration: Temp period (7 weeks, followed by discussion of perm position) MAIN DUTIES Receptionist Duties Taking and directing calls on behalf of HCC Completing administrative task such as printing, scanning, photocopying, opening and date stamping mail Cleaning, organising and maintaining the reception area Keeping basic office supplies stocked Greeting visitors to the Office warmly and offering them help immediately Signing in visitors, supplying them with a visitor's badges Booking of meeting rooms Organising Lunches Office Inductions for new starters Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity Various administration tasks Facilities Assistant Be recognised across the business as a contact for facilities issues Implement and monitor minor facilities work Assist in ensuring the building and facilities meet health and safety requirements Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with any consequences Assist organising events if requested Requirements Reception/front desk experienceCustomer service backgroundAdministrative experienceFacilities background desirableStrong communication and organisatinal skillIT and MS office proficient If you feel that you may be an ideal candidate for this role then apply today with an attachment of your updated CV and contact details.
